치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제30조(처우개선의 청원)

① 피치료감호자등이나 법정대리인등은 법무부장관에게 피치료감호자등의 처우개선에 관한 청원(請願)을 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>

② 제1항에 따른 청원의 제기, 청원의 심사, 그 밖에 필요한 사항에 관하여는 대통령령으로 정한다.
