치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제28조(환자의 치료)

① 치료감호시설의 장은 피치료감호자등이 치료감호시설에서 치료하기 곤란한 질병에 걸렸을 때에는 외부의료기관에서 치료를 받게 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>

② 치료감호시설의 장은 제1항의 경우 본인이나 보호자 등이 직접 비용을 부담하여 치료 받기를 원하면 이를 허가할 수 있다.
