축산물 위생관리법 제8조(위생관리기준)

① 제22조에 따라 허가를 받거나 제24조에 따라 신고를 한 자(이하 "영업자"라 한다) 및 그 종업원이 작업장 또는 업소에서 지켜야 할 위생관리기준(이하 "위생관리기준"이라 한다)은 총리령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(1) The^ð더 sanitary새니테^r리 control컨트^r로울 standards스탠더즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "sanitary새니테^r리 control컨트^r로울 standards")스탠더즈 to투 be비 observed어브저^v브드 at앳 workplaces워크플레이시즈 or오 business비즈니스 establishments에스태블리시먼츠 by바이 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 a어 license라이슨스 under언더 Article아터클 22 or오 made메이드 a어 report^r리포트 under언더 Article아터클 24 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "business비즈니스 operator")아퍼^r레이터 and앤드 the^ð디 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 such서치 a어 person퍼슨 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Prime프^r라임 Minister.미너스터

② 다음 각 호에 해당하는 영업자는 위생관리기준에 따라 해당 작업장 또는 업소에서 영업자 및 종업원이 지켜야 할 자체위생관리기준을 작성ㆍ운영하여야 한다. 다만, 제9조제4항 또는 제5항 후단에 따라 안전관리인증작업장 또는 안전관리인증업소로 인증을 받거나 받은 것으로 보는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.4.7>

③ 제2항에 따른 자체위생관리기준의 작성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 총리령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
