총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제32조(지상 복토식 1급저장소의 위치ㆍ구조 및 설비)

1. 저장소의 벽은 2중으로 하고, 바깥쪽 벽은 두께 20센티미터이상의 철근콘크리트로 하되, 안쪽 벽과 바깥쪽 벽과의 간격은 20센티미터이상으로 하며, 습기를 방지할 수 있도록 할 것

3. 마루는 기초에서 30센티미터이상의 높이로 하고, 마루 대신에 바닥을 콘크리트로 하는 경우에는 그 위에 마찰로 인한 충격을 방지할 수 있는 완충재를 깔아야 하며, 마루밑 또는 콘크리트 바닥옆과 천정에는 각각 1개 이상의 환기통(폭이 20센티미터 이상인 때에는 약 5센티미터 간격으로 지름 1센티미터 이상의 철봉을 끼워넣어야 한다)을 설치할 것

4. 저장소의 복토(출입구쪽의 부분을 제외한다)는 45도이하의 경사로 하고, 복토의 두께는 3미터이상으로 할 것
