Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords and Knives, Explosives, etc., Article 14-4 (Custody of Firearms, etc.)

① 법 제12조에 따라 총포(권총ㆍ소총ㆍ기관총ㆍ포ㆍ엽총ㆍ공기총으로 한정한다. 이하 이 조 및 제14조의5에서 같다)의 소지허가를 받은 자는 법 제14조의2제1항에 따라 허가관청이 지정한 장소에 그 총포와 실탄 또는 공포탄을 보관하여야 한다. 이 경우 허가관청은 행정안전부령으로 정하는 보관증명서를 작성하여 총포의 소지허가를 받은 자에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2016.1.6, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따라 총포와 그 실탄 또는 공포탄을 보관한 총포소지자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에만 그 보관을 해제하고 총포와 그 실탄 또는 공포탄을 반환받을 수 있다.

1. 총포를 허가받은 용도로 사용하는 경우

2. 총포를 수리 또는 매매하는 경우

3. 그 밖에 허가관청이 인정하는 정당한 사유가 있는 경우

③ 보관 중인 총포와 그 실탄 또는 공포탄을 제2항에 따라 반환받으려는 총포소지자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 보관해제 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 허가관청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
