초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제50조(수료 및 졸업 등)

①학교의 장은 학생의 교육과정의 이수정도 등을 평가하여 학생의 각 학년과정의 수료 또는 졸업을 인정한다.

②학생의 각 학년과정의 수료에 필요한 출석일수는 제45조의 규정에 의한 수업일수의 3분의 2이상으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 days데이즈 of어^v브 attendance어텐든스 required^r리콰이어드 for^f포 a어 student스투던트 to투 complete컴플릿 each이치 grade그^r레이드 shall섈 be비 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 school스쿨 days데이즈 under언더 Article아터클 45.

③학교의 장은 당해 학교의 교육과정을 이수하였다고 인정하는 자에게 졸업장을 수여한다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 school스쿨 shall섈 award어워드 a어 diploma디플로우마 to투 a어 person퍼슨 whom훔 he히 or오 she쉬 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 as애즈 having해^v빙 completed컴플리티드 the^ð더 curriculum커^r리큘럼 of어^v브 the^ð더 school.스쿨
