초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제49조의2(학교생활기록 작성을 위한 행정정보의 공동이용)

① 학교의 장은 법 제25조제1항에 따른 학교생활기록을 작성하기 위하여 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 소속 학교 학생에 관한 다음 각 호의 행정정보를 확인할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 학교의 장이 같은 항 제1호에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료를 공동이용하는 경우에는 사용료를 면제한다.
