청소년활동 진흥법 제9조의3(건강상태 확인 및 의료조치 의무 등)

① 제9조의2에 따라 신고를 한 자(이하 "신고자"라 한다)는 성평등가족부령으로 정하는 방법에 따라 해당 청소년활동에 참가하려는 청소년의 건강상태를 확인하여야 한다. 이 경우 해당 청소년활동에 참가하려는 청소년 및 보호자(친권자, 법정대리인 또는 사실상 청소년을 양육하는 사람을 말한다. 이하 같다)가 해당 청소년의 건강상태를 서면으로 보증한 때에는 신고자가 건강상태를 확인한 것으로 본다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 신고자는 해당 청소년활동에 참가하는 청소년에게 질병ㆍ사고 또는 재해 등으로 인하여 의료조치가 필요하거나 참가자가 요청할 경우 다음 각 호의 시설에서 신속하고 적정한 치료를 받도록 하여야 한다.
