철도의 건설 및 철도시설 유지관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조의2(지하부분 사용에 대한 보상대상, 보상기준 및 보상방법)

① 법 제12조의2제1항에 따른 다른 자의 토지의 지하부분의 사용에 대한 보상대상은 철도시설의 설치 또는 보호를 위하여 사용되는 토지의 지하부분으로 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 토지의 지하부분 사용에 대한 보상금은 별표 1의 산정방법에 따라 산정한다. <개정 2019.3.12>

③ 사업시행자는 토지의 지하부분 사용에 따른 보상을 할 때에는 토지소유자에게 개인마다 일시불로 보상금을 지급하여야 한다.
