책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제33조(일반회계 등으로부터의 전입)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 자체 수입만으로는 운영이 곤란한 책임운영기관특별회계기관에 대하여는 심의회의 평가를 거쳐 대통령령으로 정하는 경상적(經常的) 성격의 경비를 일반회계 등에 계상하여 특별회계에 전입할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.8>

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 제11조제2항에 따른 사업운영계획에 포함된 투자경비 중 일반회계에서 부담하도록 되어 있는 경비에 대하여는 제1항에 따른 경상적 성격의 경비 외에 별도로 일반회계 등에 계상하여 특별회계에 전입할 수 있다.
