채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제197조(미확정의 회생채권 등)

①이의있는 회생채권 또는 회생담보권으로서 그 확정절차가 종결되지 아니한 것이 있는 때에는 그 권리확정의 가능성을 고려하여 회생계획에 이에 대한 적당한 조치를 정하여야 한다.

②회생계획에는 제109조제2항의 규정에 의하여 신고할 수 있는 채권에 관하여 적당한 조치를 정하여야 한다.
