채권의 공정한 추심에 관한 법률 제13조(부당한 비용 청구 금지)

① 채권추심자는 채무자 또는 관계인에게 지급할 의무가 없거나 실제로 사용된 금액을 초과한 채권추심비용을 청구하여서는 아니 된다.

② 채권추심자가 채무자 또는 관계인에게 청구할 수 있는 채권추심비용의 범위 등 제1항과 관련하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.5.20>
