채권의 공정한 추심에 관한 법률 제13조의2(비용명세서의 교부)

① 채무자 또는 관계인은 채권추심자가 사업자(제2조제1호가목 및 라목에 따른 자 및 그 자를 위하여 고용, 도급, 위임 등에 따라 채권추심을 하는 자를 말한다. 이하 같다)인 경우에는 그 사업자에게 채권추심비용을 항목별로 명시한 서류(이하 "비용명세서"라 한다)의 교부를 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 비용명세서의 교부를 요청받은 채권추심자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 지체 없이 이를 교부하여야 하고, 채무자 또는 관계인에게 그 교부에 따른 비용을 청구해서는 아니 된다.
