지진ㆍ화산재해대책법 시행령 제14조(지진ㆍ화산재해경감 연구 및 기술개발)

① 법 제22조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 재난관리책임기관"이란 별표 3에 따른 기관을 말한다.

② 법 제22조제5항에 따라 연구 및 기술개발을 위하여 필요한 경비는 정부의 출연금, 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제67조에 따른 재난관리기금으로 충당한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 정부의 출연금은 분할하여 지급한다. 다만, 연구과제의 규모, 착수 시기 등을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 한꺼번에 지급할 수 있다.
