지역신용보증재단법 제37조(자료 제출 등)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 이 법의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요할 때에는 재단, 중앙회 또는 제40조제3항 및 제4항에 따라 재단 및 중앙회로부터 업무를 수탁한 자에게 자료 제출 등을 요구할 수 있다. 다만, 수탁자에게는 그 위탁한 업무의 범위에 한정하여 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 보건복지부장관은 제35조의6제3항에 따른 재산담보부 생계비융자보증계정의 신용보증 업무와 관련하여 재단 및 중앙회에 자료 제출 및 시정을 요구할 수 있다.
