지역신용보증재단법 제37조의2(자료 제공의 요청)

① 재단 및 중앙회는 국가, 지방자치단체, 「국민연금법」에 따른 국민연금공단, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단 및 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따른 근로복지공단, 그 밖의 공공단체에 제17조제3호ㆍ제5호 및 제35조제3항제4호ㆍ제9호ㆍ제10호에 따른 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.

② 재단 및 중앙회는 제17조제2호 및 제3호에 따른 신용보증 및 신용조사(신용보증 목적의 신용조사에 한정한다)를 위하여 당사자의 동의를 얻어 관할 세무관서의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 과세정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 과세정보 제공 요청은 그 목적 달성에 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 하여야 하고, 다른 목적을 위하여 남용해서는 아니 된다. <개정 2019.4.23>
