지역상권 상생 및 활성화에 관한 법률 제34조(자율상권조합에 대한 감독)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 자율상권구역의 공정하고 효율적인 운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 관계 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ조합 등의 장에게 자율상권조합 구성원의 자격 등에 관한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.

② 자율상권조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회계감사를 받아야 하며, 그 감사결과를 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 보고하고, 인터넷에 게재하는 등 해당 조합원이 열람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
