Act on Coexistence and Revitalization of Local Commercial Districts, Article 22 (Qualifications of Members, etc.)

① 자율상권조합의 조합원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 자율상권조합은 조합의 설립목적 및 효율적인 운영을 저해하지 아니하는 범위에서 기업 및 지역 공공기관 등을 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별조합원으로 포함시킬 수 있다.
