지역상권 상생 및 활성화에 관한 법률 제18조(준비위원회의 업무 및 해산)

① 준비위원회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

③ 준비위원회는 제2항의 업무가 종료된 후 해산하여야 한다. 이 경우 준비위원회가 행한 업무와 관련된 권리ㆍ의무는 자율상권조합이 포괄승계한다.
