지역상권 상생 및 활성화에 관한 법률 제17조(준비위원회의 설립 및 구성)

① 자율상권조합을 설립하려는 자는 예비자율상권구역내상인등의 각각의 과반수 동의를 받아 준비위원회(이하 "준비위원회"라 한다)를 구성하여야 한다.

② 준비위원회를 구성한 경우 그 대표자는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 신고하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 신고사항 중 변경이 생긴 경우 그 대표자는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 변경신고를 하여야 한다.

④ 그 밖에 준비위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 및 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
