지식재산 기본법 제32조(경제적ㆍ사회적 약자에 대한 지원)

① 정부는 중소기업, 농어업인, 개인 등의 지식재산 창출ㆍ보호 및 활용 역량을 강화하기 위하여 필요한 지원을 하여야 한다.

② 정부는 지식재산의 창출ㆍ보호 및 활용 촉진에 있어서 전략적인 경영활동을 모범적으로 수행하고 있는 중소기업을 대상으로 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지식재산 경영인증을 할 수 있다.
