지식재산 기본법 제31조(지식재산 정보의 수집ㆍ분석 및 제공 등)
Intellectual Property Framework Act, Article 31 (Collection, Analysis, and Provision of Intellectual Property Information)
① 정부는 지식재산 정보의 생산ㆍ유통 및 활용을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 시책을 마련하여 추진하여야 한다.
(1) To promote the production, distribution, and use of intellectual property information, the Government shall formulate and promote policies that include the following:
1. 지식재산 정보의 수집ㆍ분석ㆍ가공 및 데이터베이스의 구축 방안
1. Measures for collecting, analyzing, and processing intellectual property information and building databases;
2. 지식재산 정보의 분류 체계 마련 및 지식재산 분류표의 작성ㆍ보완 등에 관한 사항
2. Matters concerning establishing a classification system for intellectual property information and preparing and supplementing intellectual property classification tables;
3. 지식재산 정보망의 구축 및 지식재산 전문 도서관의 설립 등 정보에 대한 접근성 제고 방안
3. Measures for improving access to information, such as building an intellectual property information network and establishing specialized intellectual property libraries;
4. 지식재산 정보의 수집ㆍ분석 및 제공 활성화를 위하여 필요한 연구개발 방안
4. Research and development measures necessary for vitalizing the collection, analysis, and provision of intellectual property information;
5. 지식재산 정보의 관리ㆍ유통 전문 기관 육성 방안
5. Measures for fostering specialized institutions for managing and distributing intellectual property information;
6. 그 밖에 지식재산 정보의 수집ㆍ분석 및 제공을 위하여 필요한 사항
6. Other matters necessary for the collection, analysis, and provision of intellectual property information.
② 정부는 제1항에 따른 시책을 추진할 때에 개인정보나 국가기밀 등이 보호될 수 있도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
(2) When promoting policies under paragraph (1), the Government shall take necessary measures so that personal information, State secrets, etc. are protected.
