지방자치분권 및 균형성장에 관한 특별법 제24조(기업 및 대학의 지방이전 등)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 수도권 중 시ㆍ군ㆍ구별로 인구과밀ㆍ산업입지ㆍ산업집적 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 지역에 있는 기업이 지방으로 이전(수도권이 아닌 지역으로의 이전을 말한다. 이하 같다)하는 경우 행정적ㆍ재정적 사항 등을 지원할 수 있다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기업이 지방에 사업장을 신설ㆍ증설하는 경우 행정적ㆍ재정적 사항 등을 지원할 수 있다.

③ 국가와 지방자치단체는 수도권(성장촉진지역과 특수상황지역은 제외한다)에 있는 대학이 지방으로 이전하는 경우 행정적ㆍ재정적 사항 등을 지원할 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 지원의 대상 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
