지방자치분권 및 균형성장에 관한 특별법 제10조(시행계획의 협의ㆍ조정)

중앙행정기관의 장, 초광역권설정 지방자치단체의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 다른 중앙행정기관의 부문별 시행계획, 다른 초광역권설정 지방자치단체의 초광역권발전시행계획 또는 다른 시ㆍ도의 시ㆍ도 시행계획의 시행이 그 중앙행정기관의 부문별 시행계획, 초광역권설정 지방자치단체의 초광역권발전시행계획 또는 시ㆍ도의 시ㆍ도 시행계획을 시행하는 데 지장을 주거나 줄 우려가 있다고 인정할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 상호 협의ㆍ조정하여야 한다. 이 경우 지방시대위원회는 해당 중앙행정기관의 장, 초광역권설정 지방자치단체의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 관련 의견을 제시할 수 있다.
