지방자치법 시행령 제30조(공고와 고시의 방법)

① 지방자치단체나 그 장의 공고 또는 고시는 법 제33조제1항 본문에 따른 방법으로 한다.

② 법 제149조제2항에 따른 지방자치단체의 장의 예산의 고시는 법 제33조제1항 본문과 이 영 제29조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 방법으로 한다.
