지방자치법 제149조(예산의 이송ㆍ고시 등)

① 지방의회의 의장은 예산안이 의결되면 그날부터 3일 이내에 지방자치단체의 장에게 이송하여야 한다.

② 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항에 따라 예산을 이송받으면 지체 없이 시ㆍ도에서는 행정안전부장관에게, 시ㆍ군 및 자치구에서는 시ㆍ도지사에게 각각 보고하고, 그 내용을 고시하여야 한다. 다만, 제121조에 따른 재의 요구를 할 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
