지방자치법 시행령 제29조(조례와 규칙의 공포절차)

① 조례와 규칙의 공포문에는 전문(前文)을 붙여야 한다.

② 조례와 규칙의 공포문 전문에는 제정ㆍ개정 및 폐지하는 뜻을 적어 지방자치단체의 장이 서명한 후 직인을 찍고 그 일자를 기록한다. 이 경우 조례 공포문 전문에는 지방의회의 의결을 받은 사실을 적어야 한다.

③ 법 제32조제6항 후단에 따라 지방의회의 의장이 공포하는 조례의 공포문 전문에는 지방의회의 의결을 얻은 사실과 같은 후단에 따라 공포한다는 사실을 적고, 지방의회의 의장이 서명한 후 직인을 찍고 그 일자를 기록한다.
