Enforcement Decree of the Local Autonomy Act, Article 113 (Notification and Reports of Performance Orders, etc.)

주무부장관이나 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항이 있으면 즉시 행정안전부장관에게 통보하거나 보고해야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수 및 자치구의 구청장은 시ㆍ도지사를 거쳐 행정안전부장관에게 보고해야 한다.
