지방자치법 시행령 제112조(명령ㆍ처분의 취소ㆍ정지 등의 보고)

Enforcement Decree of the Local Autonomy Act, Article 112 (Reports on Revocation or Suspension of Orders and Dispositions, etc.)

주무부장관이나 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 즉시 행정안전부장관에게 통보하거나 보고해야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수 및 자치구의 구청장은 시ㆍ도지사를 거쳐 행정안전부장관에게 보고해야 한다.

1. 법 제188조제1항에 따라 주무부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사가 시정명령을 한 경우와 명령ㆍ처분을 취소하거나 정지한 경우
