지방세특례제한법 시행령 제121조(세액공제액의 이월공제)

① 법 제174조제3항제1호에 따른 산업수요맞춤형고등학교등의 졸업생 수는 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제136조의2제1항에 따른 졸업생 수로 한다.

② 법 제174조제3항제2호에 따른 청년근로자 수는 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제136조의2제2항에 따른 청년근로자 수로 한다.

③ 법 제174조제3항제2호에 따른 장애인근로자 수는 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제136조의2제3항에 따른 장애인근로자 수로 한다.

④ 법 제174조제3항제2호에 따른 60세 이상인 근로자 수는 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제136조의2제4항에 따른 60세 이상인 근로자 수로 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 상시근로자의 범위 및 상시근로자 수의 계산은 「조세특례제한법 시행령」 제23조제10항부터 제13항까지의 규정에 따른다. <개정 2015.2.3>
