지방공기업법 제30조(예산의 이월)
Local Public Enterprises Act, Article 30 (Carry-Over of the Budget)
① 매 사업연도의 세출예산은 다음 연도로 이월하여 사용할 수 없다. 다만, 세출예산 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경비의 금액은 다음 회계연도로 이월하여 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.4>
(1) The expenditure budget of each business year may not be carried over to and used in the following year. However, the amounts of expenses falling under any of the following among the expenditure budget may be carried over to and used in the following fiscal year:
1. 지방직영기업의 시설을 건설 또는 개량하는 데에 필요한 경비로서 해당 연도에 지출원인행위를 하지 아니한 것 중 지방자치단체의 장의 승인을 받은 경비
1. Expenses necessary for the construction or improvement of facilities of the local directly managed enterprise for which no expenditure commitment act was made in the relevant year and that were approved by the head of the local government;
2. 해당 연도에 지출원인행위를 하고도 부득이한 사유로 그 연도에 집행하지 못한 경비와 지출원인행위를 하지 아니한 그 부대경비
2. Expenses for which an expenditure commitment act was made in the relevant year but that could not be executed in that year due to unavoidable reasons, and incidental expenses for which no expenditure commitment act was made.

④ 관리자는 계속비의 연도별 소요경비 중 해당 연도에 지출하지 못한 금액은 사업 완성연도까지 차례로 이월하여 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.4>
(4) The manager may carry over to and use in the following years, in sequence until the year of project completion, the amount of the annual required expenses of a continuing expenditure that could not be spent in the relevant year.
⑤ 제1항과 제4항에 따라 예산을 이월할 경우 이월하는 과목별 금액은 이월예산으로 배정된 것으로 본다. <개정 2011.8.4>
(5) Where the budget is carried over under paragraphs (1) and (4), the amount of each account item carried over is deemed to have been allocated as a carried-over budget.
