지방공기업법 제28조(예산의 집행)

① 관리자는 해당 연도의 예산에 따라 업무를 집행하여야 한다.

② 재고자산 구매, 공사의 도급 등 자금의 지출과 직접 관련되는 지출은 해당 연도의 사업예산 및 자본예산을 기초로 작성된 자금운영계획에 따라 집행하여야 한다.

(2) Expenditures익스펜더처즈 directly더^r렉틀리 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 disbursement디스버스먼트 of어^v브 funds,^f펀즈 such서치 as애즈 the^ð더 purchase퍼처스 of어^v브 inventory인^v번토^r리 assets애셋츠 and앤드 the^ð더 contracting칸트^r랙팅 of어^v브 construction,컨스트^r럭션 shall섈 be비 executed엑서큐티드 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 a어 fund^f펀드 operation아퍼^r레이션 plan플랜 prepared프^r리페어드 on안 the^ð더 basis베이시스 of어^v브 the^ð더 business비즈니스 budget버짓 and앤드 capital캐퍼틀 budget버짓 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 year.이어

③ 제2항에 따라 예산을 집행할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 예산통제계정을 설정하여야 한다.
