중소기업협동조합법 제38조(단체표준의 검사 등)

①조합은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합원이 생산하는 제품이 그 단체표준에 맞는지 여부를 검사할 수 있다.

②조합은 검사에 관하여 필요한 사항을 검사규정으로 정하여야 한다.

(2) A어 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 shall섈 prescribe프^r러스크^r라이브 necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 inspection인스펙션 in인 inspection인스펙션 regulations.^r레귤레이션즈

③제2항의 검사규정에는 조합원에 대한 검사수수료와 그 납부의 과태금(過怠金)에 관한 사항을 규정할 수 있다.

④주무관청이 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합원 외의 자에 대하여도 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정을 준용할 수 있다.
