중소기업협동조합법 제39조(품질인증의 표시 등)

①조합원은 자기의 제품에 대하여 검사를 받으면 검사규정에서 정한 바에 따라 제품마다 단체표준에 맞는 것임을 나타내는 품질인증 표시를 할 수 있다.

②주무관청이 제38조제4항의 조치를 하였을 때에는 조합원 외의 자에 대하여도 제1항을 준용한다.
