중소기업협동조합법 제142조(선거범죄신고자 등의 보호)

중앙회 회장 선거와 관련하여 제137조제1항제2호와 같은 조 제2항에 따른 죄의 신고자 등의 보호에 관하여는 「공직선거법」 제262조의2를 준용한다.
