중소기업협동조합법 제143조(선거범죄신고자에 대한 포상금 지급)

① 중앙회는 중앙회 회장 선거와 관련하여 제137조제1항제2호와 같은 조 제2항에 따른 죄에 대하여 중앙회선거관리위원회(중앙선거관리위원회에 선거 관리를 위탁한 경우 중앙선거관리위원회를 포함한다)가 인지(認知)하기 전에 그 범죄 행위를 신고한 자에게 포상금을 지급할 수 있다.
