중소기업협동조합법 제136조(권한의 위탁)

①중소벤처기업부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 다른 중앙행정기관의 장(시ㆍ도지사는 제외한다. 이하 같다), 중앙회의 회장 또는 연합회의 회장에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
