중소기업협동조합법 제135조(보조금)

①주무관청은 중소기업을 육성하기 위하여 중앙회를 운영하는 데 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조하여야 한다.

②시ㆍ도지사는 중소기업을 육성하고 지역 사회를 개발하기 위하여 관할 구역에 있는 중앙회 지회를 운영하는 데 필요한 경비의 일부를 중앙회를 통하여 보조할 수 있다.

③중앙행정기관과 지방자치단체의 장은 중소기업을 육성하기 위하여 그 예산의 범위에서 조합, 사업조합 또는 연합회의 품질 규격의 제정, 검사 사업, 유통 구조의 개선 사업, 그 밖에 운영에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2019.12.10>
