중소기업기본법 시행령 제10조의9(실무조정회의의 구성 및 운영 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 10-9 (Composition and Operation, etc. of the Working-Level Coordination Meeting)

① 법 제20조의4제6항에 따른 실무조정회의(이하 "실무조정회의"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 실무조정회의 위원장은 중소벤처기업부 제1차관이 되고, 위원은 제10조의7제1항 각 호의 위원이 소속된 중앙행정기관의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 해당 기관의 장이 지명하는 사람이 된다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 실무조정회의 위원장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 위원이 아닌 중앙행정기관의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원을 회의에 출석하여 발언하게 할 수 있다.
