중소기업기본법 시행령 제10조의8(심의회의 운영)

① 위원장은 심의회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 circumstances,서컴스탠시즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 acts액츠 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원장이 심의회의 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의 개최일 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의 안건을 각 위원에게 통지해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

(3) When웬 intending인텐딩 to투 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council,카운슬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 each이치 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 place,플레이스 and앤드 agenda어젠다 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting:미팅 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 this^ð디스 does더즈 not낫 apply어플라이 in인 urgent얼전트 circumstances서컴스탠시즈 or오 where웨어 there^ð데어 are아 other어^ð더 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons.^r리즌즈

④ 심의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 심의회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 중소벤처기업부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 지명하는 사람이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary,세크^r러테^r리 who후 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups.스타텁스

⑥ 심의회의 회의에 참석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접 관련되어 참석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

⑦ 심의회는 회의록을 작성하여 갖추어 두어야 한다.

(7) The^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 keep킵 minutes미닛츠 of어^v브 its잇츠 meetings.미팅즈

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 심의회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
