Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 10-10 (Composition and Operation of Specialized Committees)

① 법 제20조의4제7항에 따라 실무조정회의에 두는 분과별 전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 각각 위원장 1명을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성하며, 전문위원회 위원장은 제2항제1호에 따른 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

② 전문위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다.

2. 중소벤처기업부 및 각 전문위원회 운영과 관련된 중앙행정기관 소속의 4급 이상 일반직공무원 중에서 소속 기관의 장이 지명하는 사람

③ 제2항제1호에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

④ 전문위원회의 회의는 실무조정회의 위원장이 요구하거나 전문위원회 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

⑤ 전문위원회 위원장은 전문위원회에서 심의ㆍ의결한 사항을 실무조정회의 위원장에게 보고해야 한다.

⑥ 제4항 및 제5항에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 운영에 관하여는 제10조의8을 준용한다. 이 경우 "심의회"는 "전문위원회"로, "위원장"은 "전문위원회 위원장"으로 본다.
