주차장법 시행령 제12조의18(부기등기의 절차 등)

① 법 제19조제4항에 따라 시설물의 부지 인근에 부설주차장을 설치한 경우와 법 제19조의4제1항제2호 및 이 영 제12조제1항제6호에 따라 시설물의 내부 또는 그 부지에 설치된 주차장을 인근 부지로 위치를 변경한 경우에 시설물의 소유자는 법 제19조의25제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 부기등기를 동시에 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2016.7.19, 2018.2.20, 2018.10.23, 2024.8.16>

(1) Where웨어 an앤 attached어태치트 parking파킹 lot랏 has해즈 been빈 installed인스톨드 in인 the^ð더 vicinity^v버시너티 of어^v브 the^ð더 site사잇 of어^v브 a어 facility^f퍼실리티 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 19 (4) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 or오 where웨어 a어 parking파킹 lot랏 installed인스톨드 inside인사이드 a어 facility^f퍼실리티 or오 on안 its잇츠 site사잇 has해즈 been빈 relocated^r릴로우케이티드 to투 a어 nearby니어바이 site사잇 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 19-4 (1) 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 and앤드 Article아터클 12 (1) 6 of어^v브 this^ð디스 Decree,디크^r리 the^ð디 owner오우너 of어^v브 the^ð더 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 simultaneously사이멀테이니어슬리 make메이크 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 supplementary서플러멘터^r리 registrations^r레지스트^r레이션즈 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 19-25 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act:액트

② 제12조제1항제5호에 따라 부설주차장을 그 부지 인근의 범위에서 위치 변경하여 설치한 경우에 시설물의 소유자는 다음 각 호의 등기를 동시에 하여야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 an앤 attached어태치트 parking파킹 lot랏 has해즈 been빈 relocated^r릴로우케이티드 and앤드 installed인스톨드 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 vicinity^v버시너티 of어^v브 its잇츠 site사잇 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 12 (1) 5, the^ð디 owner오우너 of어^v브 the^ð더 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 simultaneously사이멀테이니어슬리 make메이크 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 registrations:^r레지스트^r레이션즈

③ 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 시설물의 소유권보존등기를 할 수 없는 시설물인 경우에는 부설주차장의 부기등기만을 하여야 한다.
