주식ㆍ사채 등의 전자등록에 관한 법률 제66조(주주명부 등에 관한 특례)

제37조제1항 단서에 따라 소유자명세의 작성을 요청하지 아니하는 경우에는 전자등록주식등의 발행인은 「상법」 제354조제1항(다른 법률에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에도 불구하고 제37조제1항 본문에 따른 일정한 날에 전자등록계좌부에 전자등록된 전자등록주식등의 권리자를 그 권리를 행사할 자로 본다.
