주세법 제13조(주세의 징수)

제10조에 따라 주세를 납부하여야 할 자가 그 납부하여야 할 세액의 전부 또는 일부를 납부하지 아니한 경우에는 관할 세무서장 또는 관할 세관장은 그 납부하지 아니한 세액을 「국세징수법」 또는 「관세법」에 따라 징수한다.
