주류 면허 등에 관한 법률 제37조(주류업단체)

① 주류 제조면허를 받은 자 또는 주류 판매업면허를 받은 자는 주세 보전에 협력하고 상호 복리를 증진하기 위하여 주류업단체를 설립할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 주류업단체는 법인으로 하며, 그 설립과 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 주류업단체에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
