제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제7조(위원회의 활동보호 및 비밀누설 금지)

① 누구든지 이 법에 따른 직무를 집행하는 위원회 및 실무위원회의 위원ㆍ직원 또는 자문기구의 구성원이나 감정인에 대하여 폭행 또는 협박하거나 위계로써 그 직무집행을 방해하여서는 아니 된다.

② 위원회 및 실무위원회의 위원이나 그 직(職)에 있었던 사람은 업무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
