① 위원회의 의결사항을 실행하고 위원회에서 위임받은 사항을 처리하기 위하여 제주특별자치도지사 소속으로 제주4ㆍ3사건진상규명및희생자명예회복실무위원회(이하 "실무위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

④ 위원장은 제주특별자치도지사가 되고 위원은 관계 공무원과 유족 대표를 포함하여 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉한다.
