제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제18조(결정전치주의)

① 제5조에 따른 희생자 및 유족의 결정 또는 보상금등의 지급에 관한 소송은 위원회의 결정을 거친 후에만 제기할 수 있다. 다만, 신고나 신청을 한 날부터 6개월이 지나도 위원회가 결정하지 아니한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2022.1.11>

② 제1항에 따른 소송의 제기는 위원회의 결정(재심의 신청에 대한 결정을 포함한다) 통지를 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 제기하여야 한다.
