제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제70조(납부금의 부과 제외)

① 제69조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 법 제246조제1항에 따른 제주관광진흥기금의 납부금 부과ㆍ징수권자(이하 이 조에서 "부과권자"라 한다)로부터 출국 전에 납부금 제외 대상 확인서를 받아 출국할 때 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 승무원과 항만을 통하여 출국하는 사람은 출국할 때 부과권자의 확인으로 그 제출을 갈음할 수 있다.

② 제1항을 적용할 때 제69조제1항제7호에 따른 공항통과 여객의 경우에는 항공운송사업자가 항공기 출발 1시간 전까지 그 여객에 대한 납부금의 부과 제외 사유를 서면으로 부과권자에게 제출하여야 한다.
