Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City, Article 69 (Persons Subject to and Amount of Contributions)

① 법 제246조제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 제외한 사람을 말한다. <개정 2024.6.4>

가. 항공기 탑승이 불가능하여 어쩔 수 없이 당일이나 그 다음 날 출국하는 경우

(a)어 Where,웨어 unable어네이블 to투 board보드 an앤 aircraft,에어크^r래^f프트 the^ð더 passenger패선저 inevitably이네^v버터블리 departs디파츠 on안 the^ð더 same세임 day데이 or오 the^ð더 next넥스트 day;데이

나. 공항이 폐쇄되거나 기상이 악화되어 항공기 출발이 지연되는 경우

다. 항공기의 고장ㆍ납치, 긴급환자 발생 등 부득이한 사유로 항공기가 불시착한 경우

(c)시 Where웨어 an앤 aircraft에어크^r래^f프트 makes메이크스 an앤 emergency이머전시 landing랜딩 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons^r리즌즈 such서치 as애즈 aircraft에어크^r래^f프트 malfunction,맬^f펑크션 hijacking,하이재킹 or오 an앤 emergency이머전시 patient;페이션트

라. 관광을 목적으로 보세구역을 벗어난 후 24시간 이내에 다시 보세구역으로 들어오는 경우

8. 국제선 항공기와 국제선 선박을 운항하는 승무원과 승무 교대를 위하여 출국하는 승무원

1. 공항을 통하여 출국하는 사람: 7천원
